I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle on the internet, but took the plunge. I have to say that I was really pleased with the way I was kept informed from the minute I made my enquiry to the moment I received my vehicle.
It was as you said Full service history one owner only,and very tidy, you said that the ply lining was changed but it was not even marked. As you said because it is only 3 months old it was like new.
I really don't know where I could go to buy a 3 month old Van that is £4000 less than a new one.
I have enjoyed the experience of buying from you, and although I did not get to meet you, it was pleasing to be contacted when you said you would, unlike most of the dealers I have been to.
I will be recommending your services to all of my Tradesman friends, and will certainly be back myself when its time for my next Van.

Thanks for the service you gave us during our purchase of the Van. We are just a small company just getting off our feet and really needed to trust you to get to where we are today, you kept in touch with us throughout the whole process which we did not get from the main dealer, therefore you got the business.
We are glad that we found you, we got a great service and saved £2500 on our Brand new Ford Transit.
We were bieng asked to pay The VAT and 10% wherever we went, but you came up with a £500 deposit which was great for us, as we are not VAT registered having just started.
When we expand and need more vehicles, we will not hesitate to give you a call and get another New Transit.

Van seems to go quite well. Only had some minor work done to body. For my own intrest I will be asking a few more questions next time. I chose to use vantrader as there was no high pressure sales unlike other companies. I found kevin to be pleasant and helpful. See ya on the next one.
